Our surgeons do not treat chronic back, neck and head pain with narcotic medications. Except under unusual circumstances, prescription pain medications are given only to patients who have recently had surgery and then only for a limited amount of time.
Under no circumstances will phone calls for pain medications or refills of any medication be taken on weekends or after office hours – Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
As your doctor may not always be available in the office, please call for refill request at least five working days before all your medications are used.
Anti-convulsant medications will be filled after hours and on weekends if absolutely necessary.
